As a former D1 starting pitcher and member of the 1988 Towson University baseball team - the first team to earn a spot in the College World Series - Mark knows the commitment it takes to compete at a high level. Now working as an agency growth consultant, he partners with small to mid-size marketing and public relations agencies to meet growth, operations, and leadership needs, coaching them through various stages of growth. Mark served as the president and an owner of imre, a 200-plus employee marketing and public relations firm with offices in New York, Philadelphia and Baltimore. He led the sale of imre to RLH Private Equity Partners in April 2021. Now, as an active minority owner and Board Member of imre, Mark works to support imre and it's 200-plus employees. In his 25+ years of experience, he’s led integrated marketing communications programs for brands such as Baltimore Orioles, Dickies, Milwaukee Power Tools, NFL, Ryobi, STIHL, Travelers, and Toyota and steered imre’s growth to $45M in fee income. Mark lives in Baltimore with his wife and four daughters—all Baltimore Ravens fans. He is the president of the Eber Family Foundation, which was started in 2021. Mark also volunteers at St. Paul’s School for Girls, coaching middle school soccer. In his downtime, you can find him on the sidelines watching his daughters play lacrosse and field hockey or working to lower his 6.2 golf index.
