Responsibilities: Master data management (MDM) support for all coffee, creamer and beverage products at WhiteWave Foods for 2.5 years. Also transitioned to support all Plant Based Food and Beverages. This includes data base creation for new and existing product innovations including the obtaining of required approvals while following formalized audit and compliance procedures.Specifics:• Assist, as a data “subject matter expert”, in a cross functional effort to improve process in regards to the entire data workflow, including but not limited to, participating in meetings with vendors and helping to evaluate their potential value in the future. Support the implementation of improvements to that workflow• Assist in cross functional training for the business in the use of those improvements• Utilizing knowledge of the entire enterprise, global data set to perform data tasks at a superior level with the understanding of their downstream impacts on the business • Support the annual operating plan and budget • Use and understand WinShuttle application to write scripts to make mass changes in SAP• Current SKU count supported is approximately 250

Responsibilities: webMethods (B2B communications software) platform administration, including production support and systems administration, application support, production server issue resolution, and monitoring. Administrative support across all platforms in an environment consisting of nearly 30 virtual severs webMethods development including the creation of novel business solutions, enhancement of existing solutions and resolution of production issuesSpecifics:• Support webMethods planned and unplanned outages• Support and maintain event driven solutions for transferring and processing milk lab quality results• Build and support automated solution for moving files between WW, MEI, and CPro• Build a best practice FTP solution for communication with partners• Write SQL backend views and pivot tables to aid in the analysis transaction volume across time

Responsibilities: Used SAP’s Crystal report software to create reports our corporate Horizon Organic databases to support senior leadership review and action. Worked with the assigned business partners to define requirements, build reports and obtain production sign off Develop backend SQL feeds to enhance report functionality and efficiency, and integrate feeds with Crystal Reports front-endsSpecifics:• Design of many multi-dimensional reports to support the organization• Learn SQL and implement it into the reporting framework for increased speed, strong sorting and grouping features• Work as a liaison between Finance and IT as their technical contact into all data requests
