Mark joined Devlin Engineering & Management (DEM) in 2017.Mark brings to DEM an enthusiasm for building services and a raft of people skills that are key in a customer-focused industry. Mark loves the interactions and relationships he builds with our clients through his consultation. He thoroughly enjoys supporting clients from the very early stages of design right through to the final commissioning and tuning. Mark has been involved in various design projects ranging from office fit outs right through to laboratory and healthcare projects spanning across large campus’ such as Curtin University, Murdoch University and Royal Perth Hospital. He has a keen interest in complex laboratory and healthcare projects. Mark has also been a key ICA team member working on the 10,000sqm Primehouse commercial development and the Midland Gate Shopping Centre Expansion. He was responsible for the successful testing, validation, witnessing and handover of the airside, smoke hazard management systems, hydraulics and energy metering packages.Since joining DEM, Mark has undertaken the design drafting responsibilities to streamline the design engineering process and this has sparked an interest in BIM.Mark is always looking for ways to excel in any task he is given. He strives to add value in all aspects of engineering consultancy, project/commissioning management and building services system design.Mark’s journey towards chartered status is well-underway.
