Carrying out safety skills assessments across the Jessup team and annually targeting accident reduction and lean working techniques.Point of reference for Jessup on health & safety legislation.Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation.Carrying our process risk assessment and developing safe systems of work.Accident and incident investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of control measures to prevent reoccurrence. Investigation and reporting of RIDDOR/time loss accidents.Carrying out monthly safety inspections and audits across the sites and publication of monthly safety reports.Leading the employee health and safety working group.Lead on ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & 14001 management systems. Delivery of local production and head office team safety briefings and workshops to enhance safety awareness and development of the safety culture across the business.Management of the contractor safety management system, including managing the risk assessment permits to work elements of any project. Health and safety management overseeing new build construction, refurbishments ensuring projects are carried out in accordance with health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.Reporting directly to board level, ensuring both business and customer service objectives are achieved through health and safety KPI targeting.
