In December 2015 completed a full time three month fixed term contract on range of projects across both commercial and playing matters for the NRL in Sydney. Included work on a cost and organisational review, merchandising and licensing, regulation of player agents , third party player agreements and a strategy piece on the collective bargaining agreement process. Since then working on commissioned consultancy projects for Super League, RFU and Premier Rugby on issues such as strategic review, performance of officials and benchmarking ; as well as taking up a number of advisory board and NED positions - all within the sports sector in areas as diverse as event creation and promotion,club acquisition, sponsorship,digital, management software and wearables. Alongside consulting to Newcastle Big One/European Finals 2019 and RLWC 2021, Project Lead for the Stadium for Cornwall since June 2017 and consulting into a number of professional sports clubs.
