Mr. Farr has a B.S. of Finance degree from George Mason University. He has amassed a notable and diverse resume of project management/construction experiences and has successfully completed over 300 commercial interior/base building and custom home residential development projects. Mr. Farr specializes in managing the technical aspect of SCIF construction, and is well versed with the ICD 705 Mandate requirements. He is especially adept to managing program requirements, product logistics, government accreditations, and fast-track projects with hard deadlines. Mr. Farr utilizes his personal relationships with County officials, a loyal subcontractor base, and factory product representatives to ensure that projects are delivered on time and under budget.Mr. Farr’s project management experience includes base buildings, high tech corporations, SCIF’s, commercial interiors, associations, retail spaces, local and federal government, telecommunication networks, and historic renovations. Most recently he was employed as a senior project manager to a mid-size commercial general contractor running a team of project managers that focused on defense contractor clientele. He was the preferred project manager/contractor for two of the nation’s largest defense contractors; for eight consecutive years.Mr. Farr is currently a partner of a local commercial general contracting company. As partner he is responsible for generating new business opportunities, project budgeting and management, financial and human resource management.
