About Mark Feder
My name is Mark Feder and I am a Mortgage Advisor at Pacific Home Mortgage Funding Inc. Founded in 2013, the company is a one-stop service provider for all residential mortgage and financial needs of home buyers. I bring over 20 years of mortgage industry experience having executed nearly $870 million in loan funding. I started my career as a mortgage officer at The Mortgage Clearing House in Hollywood, Florida in 1995. I spent a year assisting customers, mostly first- time home buyers with their home loan application. This experience inspired me to develop my skills in the real-estate and mortgage lending industry. After graduating with a degree in business administration and finance from University of Southern California in 1998, I started working for the Archon Group. Owned by Goldman Sachs, I was responsible for re-evaluating portfolios and other non-performing debt for the Latin American region. During that period, I also interned with Countrywide Financial. Over the next many years, I had the incredible opportunity to be a part of multiple residential mortgage companies and assist with loan origination for thousands of clients. I then founded successive companies between 2003 and 2011 that offered a comprehensive range of residential mortgage and real estate solutions to clients in San Diego. Towards the end of 2011, I had also successively flipped 47 homes with a total value of over $20 million. I like to give back to the community as much as I can. I have donated to the Boys and Girls Club of San Diego, the Del Mar Unified School District and Cardiff School District to name a few. My hobbies are traveling, cooking and exercising.
Listed skills include Residential Mortgages, Banking, Refinance, Credit Analysis, and 11 others.
