Experienced Venue Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry.Having worked in a range of service styles in the world of food and beverage venues to late night ranging from capacities of 300 - 1500, successfully operating these venues with catering to almost all aspects of hospitality service guests are looking for. Driven with a passion for the industry ensuring all guests receive an experience that exceeds expectation looking for new and innovative ways to excite and enhance any offering throughout a venues service.Being heavily involved in the live music scene, have a deeper understanding of the operational side along with the performance side to really get the most out of offerings in this space from developing lighting and FX shows to understanding the market and tailoring it to the area and venue. Being involved in a large amount of successful activations of spaces and pop up events from Alpine Winter Village, the Smith Japanese staycation and the Provincial Over the Rainbow rooftop, I am well versed in what is required to really change a space along with being able to contribute in the construction aspect if required with background in maintenance.
