About Mark Forman

Mixing creativity and technology with equal parts marketing strategist and practitioner, I have over two decades of experience in financial services.Before my last role with RetireOne, I was part of the leadership team that led the sale and successful transition of Jefferson National to Nationwide. At Jefferson National I led the customer experience discipline, where my team earned consistently high customer satisfaction ratings. Prior to that, I ran digital marketing, overseeing marketing automation technologies and the user-interface design of the variable annuity trading platform. In 2010, my team earned the Direct Marketing Association’s Financial Services Company of the Year Award.My passion is building efficient and sustainable lead acquisition/nurturing programs from the ground up that grow customer engagement and brand reputations. Throughout the process, I derive satisfaction from collaborating with teams to simplify complex stories and structures, create compelling content and offers, and deliver big bang for the buck. Beyond that, the writer, designer, and executive producer in me loves a good creative challenge as evidenced in my early career when I worked with filmmaker Donna Lawrence on several short-form documentaries including the “The Motown Sound,” and Sundance Film Festival official selection “Jazz Is…” With Donna Lawrence Productions, I also wrote and produced the 1995 Hall of Champions videos for the College Football Hall of Fame inductees including the great Paul Robeson, Syracuse’s Jim Brown, and Mike Singletary, among others.
