As a Sales Assistant my role is to assist customers with sales including recommending games or items they may like, recommending upgrades to items that they are interested in buying and serving customers at tills which includes selling items as well as letting customers trade their old unwanted goods. My role also requires me to test customers items such as phones, tablets, pc and laptops, games consoles etc, tested to a specific time frame following the company's testing guidelines. before buying these items in. I also do some general tidying of store which includes merchandising the shop floor to keep the shop looking tidy make it look items more appealing to customers and make it easy for customers to find the items they are looking for,

As a Bartender I was required to serve customers at the bar responsibly, which included asking for ID from anybody I thought might have been under age and also reporting customers that were being aggressive towards customers or staff and also reporting anything I felt was odd to the bar security team. I was also required to collect glasses and empty bottles as and when needed as this helped make sure that we didn't run out of glasses to use. I was also required to clean up any spillages and broken glass this helped to keep the customers safe from slipping and cutting themselves on broken glass. I would restock the fridges as and when needed throughout the night which would make sure that we didn't run out of drinks to serve but the staff would also make sure that the fridges were fully stocked after the bar closed. I was also required to mop floors and wipe down the tables, chairs and bar in order for the bar to maintain a good hygiene level.

I was also required to do some general tidying of store which included merchandising the shop floor which included making sure that clothes were in size order going from smallest to largest, putting out new stock as it was delivered and keeping the shop looking tidy to make it look more appealing to customers and make it easy for customers to find the items they were looking for,
