I am the Operations Manager for one of Freedom Leisure sites.I oversee the day to day running of the centre.I am accountable for Heath & Safety, Recruitment, Customer Service, Budgeting and Expenditure,Training and the implementation and monitoring of Operating Documents and Risk Assessments.
