To lead and disseminate research projects investigating the influence of nutritionalinterventions on water balance and health.

To assist and contribute to a research study investigating the influence of a nutritionalintervention on the musculotendinous adaptations to strength training.

Responsibilities:Deliver seminars on the Sport and Exercise Science Undergraduate courseProvide teaching support for Undergraduate and Postgraduate laboratory classes

Deliver lectures on the Sport & Exercise Nutrition module of the MSc Human Nutrition course and on the Nutrition and Exercise for Health and Sports Performance module of the MSc Nutritional Medicine course

Responsibilities:• Deliver presentations, workshops and practical sessions to both players and parents• Conduct one-to-one nutrition assessments and dietary analysis• Develop match-day nutritional strategies • Provide match-day nutritional support to both the U18 (Scholars) and U21 (Development Squad)• Undertake body composition analysis (via skinfolds) and implement suitable interventions • Work closely with the lead sport scientist, first team nutritionist and head chef• Produce information documents, develop supplemental strategies and deliver cooking sessions

Responsibilities: • Assist with the running and co-ordination of research projects • Undertake a vast array of protocols, experiments and data collection• Perform data and sample analysis• Supervise the recruitment of volunteers to participate in projects• Contribute to the day-to-day supervision of undergraduate students working on research projects• Preparation and submission of manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals
