    • Case handler for various complaints that had been passed from other departments.• Deal with the complaint from picking up the complaint through to a completion whether that be resolving the complaint to the customers and company’s satisfaction or escalating the complaint to the head of the department to have the complaint dead-locked as unable to resolve the customers complaint.• One complaint that I dealt with was a customer who had received a larger than expected bill, the customer was adamant that the bill was incorrect and wanted it looking into, I advised that I would seek additional information and deal with his complaint personally I looked through his account notes as well as his meter reads, I notice that previously billed the account to estimated reads even though the customer had provided us with reads, I contacted national grid to see if they had any agent reads to back up the customers reads they confirmed the customers reads to be correct so arranged to have the customer’s account rebilled to include his reads, I also explained to the customer that I would look to set up a payment plan should it be needed. The customer was grateful that I dealt with him as an individual rather than just a number.
