Having spent almost two decades in the security sector, I’m on a mission to educate businesses across Telford and Shropshire about the very real risks of inadequate security provisions. And to offer expert advice and guidance about how to appropriately and holistically protect the most precious business assets: employees, premises, and valuables. Back in 2008, I joined Business Watch Guarding Ltd (BWG) as a part-time Security Officer. Since then, I’ve proudly progressed through the ranks - from Shift Supervisor to Operations Manager, and five years ago was promoted to General Manager. Thanks to my dynamic ability to adapt, and this all-encompassing understanding of how the business works from the bottom up, I’m able to meet - and exceed - customer needs and expectations. Passionate about doing the right things for the right reasons, I’m responsible for driving forward our holistic strategic vision and striving for ultimate business success, while also continuing to offer a comprehensive security solution at an affordable price point. Plus, recognising the need to inspire a new generation of professionals, I also host regular courses at Telford College - open to those who’re looking for new opportunities, irrespective of experience, age, or gender.
