Was responsible for the overall training, product knowledge, regulatory guidance and market analysis for over 200 sales representatives hired by US Army Recruiting Stations in the Harrisburg, PA area. Established initial and sustainment training schedules to integrate new hires as well as current Reps. Performed compliance visits to the surrounding sales offices and ensured company policies and procedures were being used. Monitored market trends utilizing reports and made recommendations to adjust when needed.
