I build a relationship with my customers to enable the best possible learning environment for the apprentice to become more skillful, productive and happy.As part of my role I collect evidence of the apprentice's skill set and assess this against the national occupational standards for the qualification. Together we build a portfolio to demonstrate these skills to achieve level 2 or 3 certification. I also deliver the motorcycle theory alongside the NVQ /VCQ to enable the apprentice's knowledge to grow and assess this attainment with written assignments and on-line exams.I have also written assignments and material to embed the delivery of Key Skills into the course.In addition to this I have had training in Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding which I monitor throughout the Learner's stay on the course.
