I am a litigation and advisory partner who also advises on all aspects of intellectual property including copyright, passing off, Fair Trading Act and trade mark infringement (including anti-counterfeiting), as well as brand protection and development. I also have expertise in consumer law, advertising, food and privacy law.Before forming my now former firm Hudson Gavin Martin in 2007, I spent twenty one years at Russell McVeagh, fourteen as a litigation and advisory partner specialising in intellectual property and consumer law. I joined Anthony Harper in 2018 practising in the same areas.
