Leading a multi discipline team to maximise asset lifetime and drive mean time to repair/ mean time between failures for a mixture of technologies and systems. Led significant breakdown recovery projects and drove improvements to team deliverables and influenced changes to existing processes and safety cases / product qualities to improve plant throughput whilst maintaining safety.

Led programme of work to implement and sustain maintenance regimes to change HEPA filters, including development of instructions, maintenance prompts on M3, securing spares and sourcing bespoke tooling to make the task easier for plant operators.Asset management strategy approved for investment to Air Handling Units for the lifetime of the plant in support of continued plant operation. Oversaw the construction and commissioning of this equipment to ensure effective handover from project to plant meeting requirements specification.

Waste characterisation and inspection to underpin long term safety case and plant design. Working with a range of stakeholders internal and external. Assessing and taking action to meet best practice for waste disposal by sorting and segregating at source and filling containers efficiently (often remotely). Use of lean and 6 sigma techniques to improve plant performance from data monitoring and working within customer driven parameters to ensure maximum plant performance.
