I have over 40yrs experience in construction at all levels and over 25 of these years have been in site Management, I have 1st Aid, Fire Warden and SMSTS certificates a Black CSCS card and I'm CIOB registered. I worked 15yrs for Higgins (made redundant) Bugler and Weston Homes Managing sites as varied as RC & Timber frames to traditional build houses including roads and civils. I have just completed a traditional build of186 units in Croydon for Paul Simon Homes. At the moment I am working for Wates Developments in Barking building an 8 storey block containing 32 units.
