I have 30 odd years in the building industry, 15yrs with A.E.Howlett (who no longer exist) 15yrs with Higgins as a site manager before being made redundant, 2 yrs as a Project Manager with T.E.Scudder who are part of the P.J.Carey group working on high profile sites such as the National Theatre, Tate Modern, Olympic park and Savoy Place. I worked for 12 months as a Project Manager for Fairhurst Ward Abbotts (who no longer exist) building a block of flats and a health centre in Streatham hill.I'm now a Senior Site Manager for Bugler Developments and have handed over a small block of flats and houses in East Finchley N2. I have also just completed 3 small blocks of flats together with semi-detached houses dotted about between the flats for a mixed tenure, at the moment I'm in the East end sorting out historic roof leaks to existing flats before my next job start in March.
