Built and led a highly talented group of designers and project managers focused on innovation and quality of creative viewed on millions on Roku devices worldwide. Responsible for a diverse range of products, from innovative display advertising to captivating experiences that surprise and delight users, including the iconic Roku City screensaver.

Established an organization dedicated to enhancing the user experience across Roku products, from initial setup to long-term usage. The team focused on driving platform engagement, ensuring seamless user interface continuity, and prioritizing end-user interests while aligning with the business's monetization objectives. Our aim was to create a user-centric platform that delights and retains customers, while enabling new and innovative ways to drive revenue.

Responsible for establishing two key organizational pillars that transformed the company's operations. Firstly, I led the creation of the Program Management organization, taking the reins in product development and successful product launches across the entire company. Secondly, I founded the Enterprise Engineering group, which focuses on developing internal software and services aimed to automate manual processes and improve efficiency and operations across multiple departments, including Advertising, Content and Finance.

Established Cloud Services organization to support the development of the Roku Channel Store, Search, Payment and Data platforms.

Grew software engineering organization from 12 to over 200 engineers and directors. Successfully launched several generations of Roku players and Roku TVs.

DIRECTV acquisition from D&M Holdings in 2008.
