Delivered the Certificate IV and Diploma in OHS in a Fast Track format - http://www.rmit.edu.au/lifephysicalsciences/ohs/programs - this format allowed me to continue working as a self employed OHS Consultant.Designed a customised Certificate IV in OHS course and delivered it over two blocks of six days to Transfield Services employees from Australia and Overseas; A total of 4 courses were delivered over a 4 year period.Sessional Lecture for the Bachelor of Applied Science (OHS) in Injury Management (2007 & 2008)

Training:Worksafe Victoria HSR Initial and Refresher Training public courses and on-site training delivered over 8 years and continue to deliver on behalf of RMIT.Safety Leadership - delivered to an operations, maintenance and construction services business, operating globally in the resources, energy, industrial, infrastructure, property and defence sectors. Delivered at both a contract management level and a supervisory level across Australia.Incident Investigation - delivered to an operations, maintenance and construction services business, operating globally in the resources, energy, industrial, infrastructure, property and defence sectors across Australia and to the Utilities (Water). Risk Assessment (covering all forms of risk assessment) - delivered to range of industries from utilities to health.Nationally Recognised Training delivered to the Transport industry (Road) as part of their Transport and Logistics Training Package.Auditing:Civil Construction (Roads) - Third party Surveillance Safety / Environment / Quality audits on the Contractors.Utilities (Water) - Third Party Internal audits using the National Audit Tool that was modified to suit the customers needs. AS/NZS 4801 audits conducted across a range of industries.

http://www.wintringham.org.au/A diverse organisation that was challenging from a OHS perceptive due to the dynamics of the workplaces always changing e.g. Community Aged Care Programs (CACP) consisted of 700 workplaces, each home being a workplace, this doesn't include the carer also being out in the community. This type of challenge required a risk management program that was able to capture the risks associated with each one of this workplaces (homes).Responsible for the following: Nursing Homes / Hostels / Independent Living Units / Community Aged Care Programs / Outreach Programs / Recreation Programs / Industrial Kitchen and Laundry.
