This was to ensure these companies complied with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC).• Complete End to End management of multiple, complex Integrated Assets, tasks such as:• Organised and championed all kick-off meetings (and ongoing communication) to set up Asset Test Environments, Test Data Requirements with a Data Delivery Team to extract and mask existing Production Data suitable for testing, due to the RE data being too compleax to create manually by the test team.• Leading the SIT phase including creation of an Asset Data Batch Calendar for multiple projects to provide the Product Owners (PO’s) and the Releaser Train Engineer (RTE) of the potential risks to the testing schedule due to environment contention from other projects who required access to some of the same test asset end points during the same testing period. • Introduced a Daily Activity Run Sheet (DARS) to provide an insight to senior management, stakeholders and all project resources of what is happening and when the intended start and end dates for each task is to be performed, also highlighting what was delayed and the reason(s) why.• Conducted risk assessments to identify potential problems and delays using the DARS above.• Coordinated and constructed SIT Daily Status Reports to highlight progress, any potential clashes with other projects using the same test environments, delays, incidents, defects raised and next steps.• Incident (INC's) and SIT Defect Management.

Disaster Recovery Test Manager• Successfully Test Managed Critical Tier 1 application’s Data Centre Flip process for the client, who is the largest market leader in Australian gambling/entertainment group with a total revenue of 5.4 billion $AUD.
