I have been involved in the construction industry for 16 years. Finished a carpentry apprenticeship with a builder/developer completing extensions, renovations and new homes.Then subcontracting as a sole trader, securing carpentry contracts with multiple building companies, leading hand and foreman positions on townhouse and custom residential developments among other commercial and fit out projects.Using the management skills and procedures learnt during this period I started my own company with a focus on commercial maintenance and fit out. On completion of my builder’s licence and supervisor’s certificate I formed the current company Buildcore Constructions with a focus on quality residential and commercial projects.Professional Goals:• Continually develop and improve my skillset around construction and business management.• Lead a successful company that is known for its consistent project delivery and positive company culture.
