Collectively we share our knowledge, insight and considerable experience to help clients build their brand and transform their business.With over 22 years’ experience at Tesco including a background in supply management and operations and 15 years commercial/buying experience, with the last 5 years managing the regional buying operation for Wales it gives me a great understanding of what the retailers are looking for from suppliers and their product ranges and an excellent understanding of the Welsh supplier base. Post Tesco, I worked with the National Procurement Service for Wales (NPS) developing the Food Category Strategy covering all aspects of Public Sector Food spend and procurement across Wales. My main area of focus at Levercliff is leading two of the Welsh Government Food and Drink Clusters. I have led the Drinks Cluster in Wales since 2017, working with over 170 drinks producers and the Sustainability Cluster since 2020, supporting over 120 Welsh food & drink producers to become better more sustainable businesses.
