Assisting the Build Manager overseeing several live sites as well as dealing with 12 month defects on completed developments and liaising with consultants, clients, local authorities, engineers and architects getting new sites off the ground.

Site Manager for various medium and large sized social housing projects across the south coast - Mixed tenure, including affordable rent, shared ownership and outright sale. Various construction methods, including timber frame, traditionally built and RC frame. Extensive external works, including adopted sewage pumping stations, on projects both rural and inner-city based.

Built 13 no. traditional, detached, high spec houses on a part brown field site close to Fontwell race course.

Built 48 traditional flats, houses and town houses to a computer based build programme called 'Lean Construction'.

While building a 6 storey concrete frame, block of flats in the middle of Southampton, won and NHBC Pride In The Job award.
