Over 2.7 million square feet of office, medical office and retail properties under commercial real estate management.Personal Responsibilities: • Business development• Due diligence, acquisition and disposition for internal partnerships and clients• Implementation of transition procedures• Developed marketing materials, five-year business plan, policies and procedures• Structure leasing goals, P&L performance, pro-forma performance, cash flow analysis for individual properties• Supervise staff of twenty-one• Personally responsible for marketing of 500,000 square feet of portfolio • Developed and utilized cold calling, sales networks, telemarketing, and advertising to gather buyers, sellers, and financiers. • Maintain active troubleshooting and negotiating involvement through closing.
