I'm a strategic financial and business leader who is passionate about driving results and change, am a quick study, who loves to coach, influence and develop talent.In July 2020, I retired from SC Johnson after serving over 11 years as CFO. While CFO, I had responsibilities for the Global Finance function which included M&A, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Control, Risk Management, and audit as well as our business finance teams. In addition, I oversaw our Shared Services team including IT, our Shared Service Centers, Security and Flight Operations.I've had extensive Board experience including significant Management participation on the parent company SC Johnson Board and Audit Committee, as well as SC Johnson's LATAM Southern Cone Board. My 'Outside In" Board Experience has been with Uline Corporation (since 2014) and Herschend Family Entertainment (since 2018). I am a qualified financial expert and recently was appointed Chair of the Herschend Risk & Audit Committee. Both Independent Board Member roles have provided additional exposure to business strategies, operations and leadership styles in the shipping, packaging & industrial supplies industry as well as the family themed entertainment industry.
