Regional ManagerChosen to lead and direct the expansion of ImmediaDent Dental Offices spanning Kentucky, Southern Indiana and Cincinnati region. Oversee all financial and operational activities in accordance with corporate objectives. Spearhead the implementation and governance of corporate policies, procedures and controls.• Support 2009 objective of opening 14 new offices by providing financial, logistical and operational guidance.• Steer regional sales and marketing strategies, including prospecting, referral networking, product representations, demonstrations and final closings through planning and orchestrating activities with business leadership.

.District Manager – Michigan (2006-2008)Held key decision-making position overseeing sales, marketing, distribution and warehouse operations for the State of Michigan. Served as key member of management team leading the transition from a third party distribution network to a company owned distribution operation. Supervised a staff of five direct reports, leading over 100 support staff, with full accountability for staffing, training, development and performance evaluations. Collaborated with Regional General Manager and corporate office to forecast, plan and implement long-range marketing, finance and business strategies toward improved profitability. Assisted Regional Distribution Center management with logistics planning to ensure prompt, efficient and accurate handling of merchandise.• Assisted with igniting a $5M profit gain over an 8 month period by helping transition a $50M Michigan based distributor business into a company owned entity.• Helped deliver an incremental $1M to the bottom line (meeting all financial goals) through the successful launch of “Up and Down the Street” initiative in Detroit (small format business).• Participated in developing future company leaders by assisting Human Resources to create the first training programs for front-line managers (SEAL Academy).• Fully supported new operational and logistic requirements by coordinating the opening of a brand new 44,000 sq. ft. distribution facility.
