CurrentInitiate Client Kick off meetingsSingle POC for project from post sales through completion Review test fit drawings for room types, quantities, and layoutsCreate and provide any PDF markups of plans that will demonstrate or clarify intended A/V Solutions to management, stakeholders, or clientsManage A/V Deployment and A/V Vendors throughout the lifecycle of the projectManage change control throughout the lifecycle of the projectPerform jobsite inspections, as required, to ensure deployment progress and quality are in line.Attend all weekly internal and external project and team meetingsKeep Project Tracker continuously up to date with current project status for entire portfolio of workKeep Operations and Account Executives apprised of deployment progress and any challenges that may arise, such as schedule delays or technology changesIssue weekly project status reportsMeet all established milestonesInsure that all project costs are within budgetMaintain field presence during installationSchedule Operations walkthrough and handover dates with key figuresArrange for End User Orientation/Training – typically provided by Operations staffCollect all final as-built drawings, DSP files, Programming codes and Asset information from AV VendorsCreate Close-out folder in the Multimedia Summer folder and place all final documents and code in appropriate subfoldersCollect all final invoices from vendors and submit to Sales Support for final payments to be madeUpdate Project Tracker to move project to Completed statusEngage Design Engineers as needed to resolve technical issues, request clarifications to drive projects forward
