Christopher Dean is the General Manager for ACPCreativIT/Citon Computer Corporation's Eau Claire location. In this capacity he serves as the primary management contact for local operations, including sales and marketing, service delivery, and overall profitability for the four companies in the Eau Claire office. He functions as the on-site contact for staff support and oversees the implementation of directives set forth by the Purchasing Manager, Engineering Manager, and Sales Manager for their respective departments. He works closely with the Director of Corporate Operations on human resources and administrative issues, general location oversight, implementation of corporate-wide goals, and reporting. Originally trained as a Science Teacher, Christopher took a detour from the classroom in 1995 to manage retail operations for an international manufacturer of bicycle and fitness equipment. Subsequently, Christopher developed and managed distribution channels for a leading data collection software company. In 2002, Christopher joined KRM Information Services, a pioneering provider of premium audio conference, webinar and video webcast services, where he spent 14 years in account management and operations before joining Citon in early 2016.
