As a technical sales estimator I strive to grow CTIs value added business, meet production deadlines, enhance customer relationships and improve all engineered products. I will quote projects as simple as a laser cut tube all the way to a complex weldment. I will work with customers and sales to achieve their desired goals with each manufactured part. Once a bid is won I will work with engineering on product design, manufacturing process, tooling and material purchases. I also work to improve productivity by looking for opportunities to enhance efficiency within our manufacturing process. Some of these opportunities are production schedule changes, employee delegation, tooling changes, design changes and more. Additionally, I received my Bachelors of Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in operations and supply chain management. I gained knowledge in business administration, financials, supply chain, types of manufacturing, project management, exceptional excel abilities. Theses are but a few of the skills and knowledge I gained while attending UNCC.
