Contracts DirectorStrategy | Leadership | Operations - As a member of Sharkey’s Leadership Team, I am responsible for leading contracts management and site supervision teams in delivering a range of our major projects and framework roll-out programmes.My main focus is to continually improve delivery performance whilst protecting and enhancing the quality standards on which we have built our reputation. My role places a huge emphasis on communicating effectively with the aim of inspiring confidence and building strong and enduring relationships with clients and other key stakeholders. The continued success of the business is due to the strength of Sharkey’s reputation for consistently managing and delivering complex projects for a range of multi-sector UK and international blue chip clients.My aim is to utilise over 30 years’ construction industry experience to ensure Sharkey continue to deliver exceptional operational performance through an approach which is customer-focused and is built around best practice.
