After years of work in various kitchens in Charleston, SC, from line cook to sous chef, I moved into the front of house operations. From here I worked my way up to management in a few different restaurants and developed interpersonal skills as well as professionalism. My time working as a manager, server, or bartender taught me a lot about sales and how to satisfy my customers wants and needs. Knowing the ins and outs of almost every position in a restaurant is key in being able to talk to customers in depth about anything they have a question on as well as being able to troubleshoot any problems that may arise. I am grateful for the experiences I've had and look forward to putting my skills to use in my next career path.
