Mark C. Hamer is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He has long been fascinated with the law, government, and public communications, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Syracuse University in 2006 and later a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University in 2011. Following years of gaining invaluable experience, Mark chose to apply the knowledge he accumulated in business and opened his own law office in 2017.
