Responsible for Warehouse productivity and Staff on shift within New Distribution Centre. The area I was responsible for was the mezzanine area which involved looking after goods in, order picking and packing and goods out of small products to be distributed to all stores. Working with a team of over 30 staff on shift at any one time.
