Including work orders, works completion and AFP/work invoice files.• Support of Maximo derived SMART system.• Support of Exor derived NAMs system.• Initial configuration and implementation of MapCapture and rollout of safety inspections and other service regimes• Asset Surveys and maintenance of inventory.

• Responsibility for the transformation of the Gully cleansing service from a cyclical activity to a data driven service including:• Management and development of Gully Coordination database• The planning and programming of gully cleansing service• Service improvements including mobile data collection and automated upload and validation processes for annual work flow of over 160,000 cleanse records• Analysing records to develop optimal cleansing timing and frequency• Creation and development of performance management tools and KPI reports.• Responsibility for the optimisation of Winter Maintenance service routes.• Utilising GIS and ESRI ArcGIS to develop routes and schedules.• Creation and development of various mobile data collection for capture of GIS information and inspection data for various assets/regimes using ESRI ArcGIS and Arcpad.• Involved in research and resourcing of route optimisation software to further expand on options and efficiencies offered across all cyclical activities.
