• provide clinical and technical sales consultation especially in connection with new product or product enhancement launches• provide clinical and technical consultation for the Respironics Colorado group in discussions with Contract Respiratory Therapists, and direct clients• provide field based inservice training and retraining for any non-invasive and invasive products utilized by the provider• design and execute initial and follow-up inservice and training action plans• serve as a resource to design, document, and deliver knowledge information and continuing education programs for external customers• provide product training for internal Product Support and Customer Service• serve as a clinical and technical liaison to the divisional marketing, sales and engineering organizations• serve as a secondary point of contact to the internal Product Support organization to resolve various clinical and technical product support inquiries
