Release Management Lead Architecture Specialist at Dow Chemical. Responsible for the change migration process through Dow’s complex development life-cycle. Led transport migration efforts across various SAP environments for corporate strategic initiatives. Developed and deployed streamlined processes related to the movement of changes between Development, Test and Production environments. Developed automated migration processes using SAP Solution Manager ChaRM functionality.

Technical Integration Manager at Dow Chemical during Next Enterprise Architecture Milestones 2-5. A key member of the Project Management Office responsible for coordinating and communicating changes in the development lifecycle through four regional roll-outs within Dow. Led transport build efforts across various SAP environments for all milestones. Served as Partner Project Manager on a project to upgrade the development life to the latest SAP support and enhancement packs. Led implementation and support of key cross-process functionality.

Integration Manager at Dow Chemical for the Next Enterprise Architecture program during Milestone1. A key member of the Project Office responsible for coordinating implementation scope and liaising with process, data, testing and technical teams on a project to integrate Rohm and Haas on Dow’s NEA platform. Led an effort to develop critical cross-functional system capabilities in a new development system, including key base configuration, master data creation and process script execution. Coordinated IT Solution Architects from across the process teams to help ensure consistency in approach and deliverables. Led the consolidation and presentation of scope related deliverables. Coordinated the integration of imbedded joint ventures in Japan and South Korea.

Project and Integration Manager at Rohm and Haas. Developed and documented an IT framework for integration/segregation efforts related to mergers and acquisitions in SAP. Responsible for coordinating SAP related activities during the integration of an acquired company with operations in Finland and Russia. Led a cross functional team preparing SAP to dealing with Dow Chemical as an intercompany trading partner after their acquisition of Rohm and Haas.

IT Integration Manager at Rohm and Haas for European Headquarters Project. Responsible for managing a high performing team of internal and external SAP experienced staff on a three phase legal entity restructuring project in Europe. The project involved the creation of 37 new company codes, 14 new sales organizations and over 130 plant codes in the countries of Switzerland, Denmark, Great Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Belgium. Led the design of enhancements to SAP’s Plants Abroad functionality.

Led the development of enhanced calculation and reporting of Intercompany Profit in Inventory using custom ABAP and Special Purpose Ledger. Primary provider of support for VAT related issues outside of North America. Supported statutory reporting requirements in Europe and Latin America. Supported an initiative to get to a 2 day SAP close. Supported a project to consolidate legal entities in the US using SAP’s System Landscape Optimization (SLO) toolset.
