As a Pre-Sales Consultant I was required to both work under this partner-related system and also perform end-to-end sales for smaller opportunities.This included understanding leads' requirements to enable and accelerate our partners' sales processes and also providing the partners with the technical resources and commercial knowledge they needed to be successful.

I completed a Graduate Acceleration Programme in my first year, which rotated me through three departments: quality assurance, product support and pre-sales.As a Quality Assurance Engineer, I familiarised myself with the products produced by CoreFiling whilst becoming a fully productive member of the team very quickly. In this role, I learned about agile methodologies and creative testing methods; picking up and improving existing processes along the way.
