Technical writer for installation MOPs, guides and process. Corporate engineering support for all field related hardware and equipment issues. Manage cell site cabinet and equipment integration projects.

Oversaw vendor designs, methods of procedures (MOPs), scope of work (SOW) related to 4G IP microwave backhaul deployment. Create SOW and MOP documentation required for microwave backhaul related deployments. Worked with Supply Chain, RF engineering, Strategy, Finance, Field teams to take the vendors backhaul design from design, to purchase order, to deployment. Developed, planned and managed the implementation of spectrum transitions associated with 4G clearing in all licensed geographic areas within the east region (Mississippi River- East).Accountable for the deployment of equipment and resources for all spectrum licensees and partners within the region. Directly supervised seven engineers throughout the east region. Responsible for all aspects of performance reviews, workload and day to day schedules.  Managed all aspects of the site acquisition process for multi-million dollar broadcast towers and cellular facilities including, but not exclusive to, coordinating and reporting the status of engineering, construction planning & scheduling, equipment and material procurement, lease negotiations, zoning and permitting while projecting schedules for project completion. Accountable for field deployment of equipment and resources for technology trials and new technology build-outs. Managed, engineered and scheduled the construction process of numerous Super Cell, multi-sector 2.5GHz 2-way high speed fixed wireless internet networks.

Effectively project managed, designed and constructed a $500k statewide licensed P2P microwave interconnect project that met specified technical parameters and budgets. Produced the scope of work, scheduling of all contractor work and procured project equipment. Designed, approved, constructed and directed all activities related to microwave transmission plant construction, maintenance and repair. Verified that all construction complied with the approved design and construction techniques as established by engineering.Managed and adjusted day to day requirements for manpower using in house, vendor and contractor labor resources. Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and all necessary activity tracking and updates.
