For large telecommunications firm executed in the role of Project Manager for the planning and implementation phases of the migration and upgrade of over a dozen applications (EBS, ASCP, Agile, EPM/Hyperion, and others) and Oracle databases from an IBM Data Center into Oracle's Cloud (OCI) and then Service Delivery Manager for the operational support of the solutions in OCI. The approach adopted throughout this migration and upgrade project required a disciplined, flexible, and scalable approach in order to deal with multiple organizations and a highly transactional and developmental environment. For the operational support leading Oracle Managed Services support for various clients to manage Application Technical Administration (EBS, ASCP, Vertex, Agile, Dementia, EPM/Hyperion, GRC, OEM), Database, and O/S Support. Also, for large Financials Services firm executed in the role of Service Delivery Manager for the quarterly patching of Oracle Expert Systems (Exadata, ODA, PCA) environments, as well as Oracle on VMWare systems, for large Financial firm.

- Program Manager of the Enterprise Systems Integrator (ESI) team, consisting of approximately 30 personnel across three consulting organizations providing project deliveries as well as technical operational and maintenance support of a complex business solution (KOLEA) for the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services. The KOLEA application consisted of approximately a dozen technical products from Oracle, IBM, and other third-party software and hardware vendors.- Multi-Practice Lead of a multinational managed services, database services, and infrastructure services team of approximately 200 Oracle professionals performing project delivery and 24x7x365 database, application, and infrastructure support for on-premise and Oracle OCI customers.- Project Manager for international three-phased project which assessed, analyzed, and then recommended changes to an existing production environment for a global EBS production environment of a large global mining company. Project deliverables centered on three key areas: version upgrades of applications and architecture; customization (200+ customizations/CEMLIs) design changes; and infrastructure changes.- Performance Testing and Performance Tuning lead for the United States Marine Corps Global Combat Support System Implementation and Support project, consisting of a variety of Oracle software and database products (EBS, RAC databases, etc.)- Over remainder of career executed in roles ranging from hands-on technical delivery (primarily Oracle EBS Apps DBA and DBA) to various team lead and delivery roles covering a large variety of Oracle products across a multitude of versions.
