Mr. Heroux has been responsible for more than 50 facilities employing more than 600 employees with over 16 million square feet. He has been responsible for 120 million square feet of systematic evaluation of facilities conditions, capturing data and providing recommendations that help guide decision-making for budgeting and planning of facilities-related investment and maintenance. This includes energy management opportunities, facility conditions, life-cycle analysis and financial performance. Mr. Heroux has evaluated areas such as staffing, organizational structure and management, policy and procedures review, methods of contracting and financial analysis. He is experienced in helping clients create a transition plan, implement organizational changes and develop the knowledge and skills of the workforce to handle new roles and responsibilities. This includes capture of “best practice” procedures, training program consultation and design and training materials development.Specialties: Mr. Heroux has over 27 years of experience in facilities management, engineering, construction and operation and maintenance in a variety of building environments including higher education, healthcare, government, energy and industrial. In the last 12 years, he has specialized in developing strategic high performance facility management organizations.
