Responsible for the leadership education portion of the AFJROTC curriculum. This includes drill and ceremonies, principles of leadership and management, and communication skills. Teaches Aerospace Science, particularly those areas where they have special competence. Instructs the AFJROTC curriculum using the Air Force provided Classroom Performance System. Administers and evaluates tests, provides career and performance counseling, and supervises cadet corps co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
