Leading development and pre-production meetings, gaining final factory sign off whilst liaising with cross functional teams, senior managers and factory operatives. Completion of shelf life analysis with organoleptic assessment to validate new products and nutritional analysis using a computer based system.Liaison with growers and suppliers, organising factory trials to test new leaves to market.Liaising closely with Technical, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure NPD 7 Gate process followed at all times, enabling the successful launch of products to hit critical path timings.Providing all relevant departments with information to create specifications and other technical documents in-line with both BRC and retailer requirements.
