I managed all equipment rebuild projects from the quoting phase through shipment. I acted as the liason between sales, manufacturing and engineering to assure quality, value, and timely service was delivered to the customer every time. I made customer visits with the district sales managers to present aftermarket rebuild options and pricing. I managed rebuild projects both in house and in customers facilities using our 21 Rebuild Service Technicians, and 3 customer service Reps. I quoted and delivered rebuild projects internationally by partnering with our divisions in Germany and China. My rebuild projects ranged from $30,000.00 to $1,200,000.00and lasted from 2 weeks to 26 weeks.
