Agawam is a non-profit traditional boys’ residential summer camp, serving campers ages 8–15. Agawam strives to develop wholesome, hardworking young men through an intentional seven-week program that focuses on character development.• Spearheaded the re-design (2014) of Camp Agawam’s counselor-in-training program for 16-year-old boys. This re-tooled program, which included a transition from a Camp funded to participant funded tuition, was supported by the Camp administration and ratified by the board of directors• Created marketing and multimedia tools for promotion helping to ensure that the program was fully subscribed year one. • Selected to run the program in its inaugural and following summers

Rumsey is a K-9 junior boarding school that enrolls 332 students. The school boards students grades 6-9 and 50% of the boarding population is international. • Instructed and adapted curriculum for two 8th and two 9th grade sections of English• Selected by senior administration as one of four Weekend Heads responsible for planning, budgeting, staff and student management for three weekends per school year• Elected by colleagues to serve on the Disciplinary Committee for 2010-2011• Tapped as live-in Dorm Head for the oldest boys in the school, a 9th grade boy’s dorm (2010 – 2013) where I was responsible for organization, communication, and scheduling of other dorm parents, as well as to the emotional and social development of boarders through consistent, positive role modeling, adult supervision, and leadership• Created and implemented class called Boy’s Atlas for 7th grade boys addressing the issues of risk taking, bullying, being a “man”, friendship, and leadership• Selected to manage the Rumsey Hall Twitter account, @rumseyhall• Taught 6th and 8th grade English from 2008 - 2012• Served as advisor to eight students and coached Tennis, Ski Team, Soccer & Hockey

• Member of four person camp administrative team responsible for hiring summer staff, scheduling, purchasing, and running overall camp activities• Organized and ran Camp’s largest fundraising event• Responsible for design and creation of annual marketing publications for the organization• Planned and implemented annual ski trip for boys ages 11 - 17. Responsible for building budget, recruiting campers, staffing, negotiating agreements for housing, skiing, and transportation• Trip Director – Summer 2007 – responsible for managing trip staff, including training and evaluating. Also, scheduling and organizing 30 trips in Maine and New Hampshire for boys ages 8 – 15• Upper Campus Unit Head – Summer 2004, 2005, 2006 - responsible for management of counselors in the upper campus, and the care of 45 boys• Summer Camp Counselor for seven summers, working with boys ages 8 – 15, teaching Windsurfing, Sailing, Ropes Course, Outdoor Skills, and Trip Leadership

• Day to day manager of marketing for artist Jack Johnson, including production of marketing tools, booking advertising, facilitating in-store promotions, managing budgets, and assisting in creation of album artwork• Managed budgets of all Pop/Rock bands on label, 35 bands and over $1M per quarter• Coordinated with band managers concerning tour support for bands • Responsible for all department administrative duties
