Worked for this company assisting the team in organising, opening and running bars for Powerboat Racing, The German Beer tent, The Galway Oyster Festival marquee, The Race Week Carnival and more recently helped with the Volvo Ocean Race finish line doing the accounts side of the operation it was a fantastic event with huge headline acts such as Thin Lizzy.

During my time with this company i was doing stocktakes, Mystery shopper Reports, cost saving measures and inputting of financial data to their very impressive and easy to use online purchasing website. I really enjoyed working with the directors Neil and Alan they taught me so much about cost saving in hotels/bars/restaurants/nightclubs and even butchers.

I was Assistant Manager here for the 11 months of my placement in college, The training was fantastic i done fire,H&S, RSA, Opera, Micros Config, Train the trainer, wine tasting etc. We done everything from fitting bathrooms, Tidy Towns in the local area with the Mayor of Watford to walking the guest to the door with a smile:) a great year.
