RICO Logistics had a technical division within their Company, which incorporated Couriers with different levels of technical skills, these skills were nearly on par with experienced technical engineers from the likes of IBM and Siemens. The advantage of utilising RICO's technical couriers ( TC's ) was that the package needed to be delivered to site then installed by the Customers engineers, the cost savings by utilising a TC would be very high, in some cases a saving of 75% could be made, depending on the time of the installation.This new Role was to bring on new Customers that were already utilising technical engineers and demonstrate the Cost savings by utilising RICO's TC's.
