Leadership Responsibilities:• Provide vision and develop a strategic plan to grow the ministry and establish children and families in local churches.• Consistent coordination of Ministry Staff and Volunteers providing training, counsel, leadership skills, and direction in developing and reaching ministry goals.• Evaluate and streamline the teacher training program. Ministry Responsibilities:• Establishment of Ministry goals including effectiveness and improvement needs.• Oversight of appointed Prayer Coordinator and local Prayer Program.• On-going communication with Church Partnerships ensuring children and families are receiving evangelical support according to their faith commitments.• Meet regularly with the Ministry Team providing reinforcement and encouragement regarding enlistment, growth, and accomplishment.• Personally participate in CYIA (Christian Youth in Action) Program with instruction, skills, and required training as assigned by New York State Leadership.• Student recruitment (grades nine – college) for summer missionary CYIA Program.Administrative Responsibilities:• Routinely review all CEF (Child Evangelism Fellowship) policies to ensure procedures are followed and maintained.• Submission of required reporting to NYS Director / NYS Board including communications, financials, donations, meeting minutes and receipts.• Development and timely provision of CEF annual budget projections to NYS Director for NYS funding approval and implementation each year.• Creation of quarterly CEF Newsletter, highlighting Ministry achievements and goals.• Management of social media including Facebook and local CEF website.• Oversight of non-profit CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) through Salesforce providing management of community needs, customer participation, and financial goals from businesses, customers, and private / public donations.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Manage all Marketing support personnel to include review and approval of timecards, check requests, journal entries and mailing instructions.• Oversee management of Licensing & Contracting daily operations.• Provide direct support and necessary updates for Marketing and Sales projects as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer, Sr. Vice President of Special Markets and Senior Management.• Direction and management of all producer bonus and recruiting programs. Assist HR with matrix program decisions/issues. Official signer of Million Dollar Round Table program.• Review all new agent contracts providing approvals, denials, commission schedules and advance amounts.• Monitor and maintain SMaRT (Sales Marketing and Reporting Tool) production reporting system.• Oversight / development of agent training tools and materials.• Chair the Internal Market Conduct Committee ensuring appropriate action results based on committee decisions. • Management of all producer complaints, investigations and required State reporting notifications regarding For Cause terminations.• Enforce Premium and Commission Guidelines and Procedures.• Prepare and monitor annual $15 million budget for Sales, Marketing and Licensing.Senior Management Team Member Contributions:• Successful implementation of six new insurance products including guidelines and training materials.• Negotiation of contracts resulting in $700,000 annual savings to CFG.General Services, Imaging, and Workflow Manager• Review, and approval of all company requisitions, purchases, and invoices.• Oversight of Switchboard Operators in all locations.• Responsible for annual budget ($3.5 million).Highlights:• Creation of alternative procedures resulting in annual CFG savings of $250,000 per year.• Negotiation with vendors saving CFG $2.5 million per year.• Fixed the Warehouse Management System lowering costs to $25,000 from the estimated $1.25 million for an entire new system.
